New Africa Village envisions a community that combines its resources to assure that everyone has equitable means to give them a future by investing in and building a model community, one life at a time. The fundraiser will provide donations and/or laptops and other equipment for underserved and socioeconomically affected students in the community. We have partnered with a local university where its students will tutor students K-12 at our location while meeting their community service requirements for college graduation. Our K-12 students' learning potential has been impacted by the lack of resources needed to help them succeed in the classroom, and through our collective efforts we can provide the opportunity to help them meet their achievement goals. We have partnered with the public school system to provide summer lunches for K-12 students for 2025. Funds are needed to provide the necessary equipment for the students to eat meals at our site which is a requirement. We also sponsor a weeklong camp with focus in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.)/Environmental Activities which require materials and supplies associated with camp activities.
